Among his most meaningful professional experience he has: (i) advised and assisted companies and groups of companies (including on the buy or sell side of Private Equity Funds) in the MBO, LMBO, LBO, Turn Around phases; (ii) gained experience in banking and finance, having held for several three-year mandates (and still holds) positions in Credit Institutions, in S.I.M, in S.G.R. and in companies listed on the Milan stock exchange; (iii) he has held (and still holds) positions as bankruptcy receiver, judicial commissioner and Court-appointed Auxiliary.
